Business Analyst – Telecom & Observability

Job Type: Full-time/Contract

Work Model: Hybrid workplace with flexible on-site time

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements. Translate business processes into technical specifications
• Process Modeling & Documentation: Develop process maps, use cases, and user stories. Use diagramming tools like BPMN, UML, and flowcharts
• Domain & Market Expertise: Deep understanding of telecom, DPI, and observability domains. Knowledge of network protocols (GTP, Diameter, RADIUS). Stay updated on industry trends
• Communication & Collaboration: Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate workshops and design sessions
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Perform data analysis to uncover insights. Assess metrics and define KPIs. Conduct gap analyses

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Business Analyst in telecom/DPI/observability
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and process modeling
• Experience with network protocols (GTP, Diameter, RADIUS)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BPMN, UML diagramming
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana)
• Exposure to cloud, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
