About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in telecom, DPI, and observability domains to bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications. This role requires a flexible mindset to effectively collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications and workflows.

Process Modeling & Documentation:

• Develop process maps, use cases, and user stories to reflect business needs.
• Use diagramming tools (BPMN, UML, or flowcharts) to visualize workflows.

Domain & Market Expertise:

• Deep understanding of telecom, DPI, and observability domains.
• Knowledge of network protocols (GTP, Diameter, RADIUS) and traffic analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (engineers, QA).
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and review meetings.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Perform data analysis, assess metrics, and define KPIs.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose actionable solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in telecom, DPI, or observability domains.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation.
• Experience with network protocols (GTP, Diameter, RADIUS) and traffic analysis.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, or other process modeling frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana).
• Exposure to cloud, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
