Project Manager / Product Owner (PM/PO) – Telecom Solutions

Job Type: Full-time/Contract

Work Model: Hybrid workplace with flexible on-site time

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Product Vision: Define product goals and project deliverables. Align technical capabilities with business strategy
• Agile & Lean Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Prioritize features and backlog grooming. Ensure smooth sprint planning
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge between business and technical teams. Communicate complex concepts effectively. Negotiate trade-offs
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop project schedules and resource plans
• Technical Awareness: Understanding of telecom solutions. Familiarity with Linux, C++, Golang, Kubernetes. Knowledge of messaging systems. Experience with observability tools like Prometheus

Requirements:

• Proven PM/PO experience in telecom
• Strong Agile methodology background
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Risk mitigation expertise
• Hands-on telecom solution delivery experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience with high-performance telecom software development
• Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
• Understanding of DevOps and infrastructure automation
