
Technical Architect / Lead Engineer – Telecom & High-Performance Networking
Job Type: Full-time/Contract
Work Model: Hybrid workplace
Key Responsibilities:
- System & Software Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions integrating DPDK, DPI engines, and microservices. Define service boundaries and communication protocols. Ensure cross-domain system interoperability
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Linux, C++, Golang, Kubernetes, and observability tools. Experience with high-performance networking (DPDK, packet processing, DPI). Knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks
- Scalability & Architecture: Architect scalable Kubernetes cluster solutions. Design high availability and disaster recovery systems. Implement security best practices
- DevOps & Toolchain Integration: Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Deployment automation (Ansible, Kubespray). Integrate observability tools (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics)
- Leadership: Lead technical teams. Perform code reviews. Ensure development best practices. Collaborate across engineering teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing high-performance systems
- Strong expertise in Linux, C++, Golang, Kubernetes
- Hands-on high-performance networking experience (DPDK, packet processing)
- PostgreSQL and database scaling knowledge
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with bare metal deployment
- Familiarity with MQ communication systems
- Security expertise in networking and distributed systems
